Why a project in math class?
To provide an opportunity for you to showcase your talents at the same time that you are exploring new ideas.
As each of you has different talents and interests, it makes sense that the projects are different from student to student. I expect this and so should you. There will be marks assigned to the project though, so we have some homework to do in setting up some parameters for these individualized projects to keep things fair and equitable.
